Questions we get asked
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. They just hold their phone to the card and your Google review page opens. If their phone doesn’t read it, they can scan the QR code.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. Recent iPhones and most Android phones read it with no setup; on some Android phones you switch on card reading in settings. The QR code covers everything else.
Is asking for reviews this way allowed?
Yes. Google allows you to ask for reviews. What it doesn’t allow is offering something in return, or only asking customers who had a good experience. With DSB you invite everyone equally and each customer rates freely.
How do I pay?
With Yape or Plin. We sort everything out on WhatsApp.
What if a card stops working?
We replace it for free. That’s our guarantee.
Can I add my logo and colors?
Yes: +S/20 extra per card or +S/60 per bundle. We send you 3 designs in 2 colors to choose from.
Is this guaranteed to get me more reviews?
It does help. Every happy customer reaches your review in seconds, without searching for your business or typing anything, so more people leave one. How many you get depends on your foot traffic and where you place the card — we’ll help you place it well.
Can I change where my card points later?
Standard catalog cards, yes: if your Google link changes, just tell us and we update it without touching the card. Custom cards have your link built in, so order them once your Google profile is final.
